Reservation Information

Please provide the information as following:
1. Please finish a remittance of 30% of total accommodation expenses before 12:00 (noon) one day after your booking.
If the remittance is not completed within requested / appointed date, your reservation will be canceled.
2. After your remittance finished, you could send message, make a call or email to inform the relate data as following:
    The Last 5 Numbers of Account 
    Payment Amount 
    Name 
    Requirements
3. You will receive a confirmed letter from An Lan Jie Hostel. Welcome to Chiayi.

※ Payment
    The guests should / could pay the accommodation expenses through PayPal system.
   The resting accommodation expenses have to be paid when the guests arrival at the hostel. There is no credit card. We accept cash only, thank you.
Please take your valid photo ID (such as identity card, passport, or health insurance card) which matches the name for your booking materials.

※ Please inform the hostel earlier, if guest numbers are more than expected. The extra bed is charged as NTD $ 400. The guest older than 12 is asked to pay the extra charge. If the guests did not inform the hostel above statements, the hostel has the authority to charge double payment of your accommodation or refuse you to stay in the hostel.

※ Minimum age of guests
Children are welcome to live in family rooms.
Ages of children under ten are not suitable to live in the shared (dormitory) rooms.

※ Front Desk Office Hour: 8: 00 – 22: 00

※ Check-in:  15:00-22:00
Note 1: In order to provide high quality of your living environment, please check in at the hostel after 15:00.
Note 2: You may leave your luggage at the hostel and take a stroll after you checking in.
Note 3: PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOUR PLAN HAS BEEN CHANGED AT LEAST ONE DAY EARLIER.
Note 4: Please contact us if you will come after 21:00, please inform us before 19:00. The charge of late check-in is NTD $100/ person.

※ Check-out:  Before 11:00 AM
Note 1: NTD $50 / per person will be charged if you check out after 11:00. Extra one day charged if the guests are late check-out more two hours.
Note 2: If you will leave the hostel before our office hour (9AM), please inform our staff one day earlier.

※ Free luggage storage service
We provide luggage storage service to ALJH guests. The services are legal disclaimer free. Please the guests carry their valuables with them.

※ Reservation Cancellation Policy
According to the related regulations of Taiwanese government, the hotels can required the guests to pay the 30% of the first night accommodation expenses for the deposit. Then the cancellation Policies are as following:
1. If the reservation cancelled 14 days prior, the guests will get full refund.
2. If the reservation cancelled from 10 days to 13 days prior, the guests will get 70% refund.
3. If the reservation cancelled from 7 days to 9 days prior, the guests will get 50% refund.
4. If the reservation cancelled from 4 days to 6 days prior, the guests will get 40% refund.
5. If the reservation cancelled from 2 days to 3 days prior, the guests will get 30% refund.
6. If the reservation cancelled from one day prior, the guests will get 20% refund.
7. If the reservation cancelled on the day you reserved or no show, the guests will have no refund.
8. Once there’s typhoon, earthquake or any irresistible nature force, your booking will be kept in 3 months. You can choose to book another date within three months or transfer the accommodation to others.
